What can I say about Chad & Bree’s wedding except that I am incredibly blessed to have been given the opportunity to witness such an amazingly perfect day and get to capture it on my camera. I have known Chad and Bree for years now and I’ve had the privilege of being able to watch their relationship grow from “just buddies,” to “head over heals in love”. They are my kind of people – fun loving, good hearted, artistic, creative, I could go on and on. Did I mention they are an absolutely stunning pair? Chad is a musician and a talented silversmith (We already have a decent collection of his jewelry, you could call us fans. Click here to see his work), and Bree is an artist, incredible hair stylist, great with words, and a curator of beautiful things. It’s safe to say that these two are well suited for each other, and more than that, they bring out the best in one another.
Chad and Bree’s wedding was gorgeous; not just visually, but emotionally, and spiritually. Watching the way they connect with each other, the love that comes pouring out of them, and flows toward everyone around them, is a joy to see. It was truly an honor to be a part of such a special day for such dear friends. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect way to celebrate two people so committed to love.
The details at Chad and Bree’s wedding made the whole team excited! So much DIY goodness! Bree’s dress was her grandmother’s, but it looked like it was made just for Bree. The dried flowers were so different, and spoke volumes for this unique couple, and the old rustic barn lent a richness to our images that we can’t get enough of! This wedding was my first chance to work with decorator/coordinator Emily Kay and I have to say she did and incredible job with the decor. She has instantly become one of my favorites and I can’t wait to work with her and her team again!
With that, I’d like to give a heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Chad and Bree. May the future hold much love and adventure for you both!
